Back up your Stocky data. Carefully, completely, free.
When Stocky goes offline, supplier contacts, lead times and MOQs go with it — there is no export button for them. Restokio makes a complete, read-only copy of everything and hands it to you in open formats. That's it.
The app's actual dashboard — connect, rescue, download. Sample numbers shown.
Built to be the choice you don't have to think twice about.
You're trusting us with business data. We designed every decision — technical and commercial — so that trust is easy to give and easy to verify.
Read-only by design
The app physically can't modify your store: it requests Shopify's minimum permission scope and only ever reads from Stocky.
Your data stays yours
Everything exports to plain CSV and JSON — no lock-in, no proprietary format. Delete your data from our servers with one click, anytime.
An honest business model
The rescue is free because we're building a paid restocking tool next. We earn your trust now and hope to earn your business later. No catch.
Complete, not partial
We rescue what Stocky's own export skips: supplier contacts, lead times, MOQs and case packs — plus the full raw record of every field, untouched.
A human answers you
Questions go to a person, not a ticket queue. During the migration window we reply within hours — we know what the deadline feels like.
Native to Shopify
Runs embedded in your admin and is built with Shopify's own design system, following their App Store requirements. It feels like part of your store because it behaves like one.
There are other ways to handle the shutdown.
We'd rather you compare than guess. Here's the full picture, including the ones that don't involve us:
| Option | Supplier data | Effort | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Do nothing | Lost on Aug 31 | — | Free, until it isn't |
| Manual screenshots & copy-paste Shopify's own suggestion |
Saved (as images/notes) | Hours, error-prone | Free |
| Enterprise inventory suites Inventory Planner, Katana… |
Partial — re-enter by hand | Days of setup | US$245–1,000+/mo |
| Restokio | Saved completely, open formats | ±4 minutes | Free |
Three steps, no surprises.
Restokio runs inside your Shopify admin — you never leave your store.
Connect Stocky
Paste your Stocky API key (Stocky → Preferences → API access). We verify it with a single read-only call.
Run the rescue
We copy every supplier and purchase order — including the fields Stocky's export skips — and store them safely.
Download your backup
Clean CSVs for spreadsheets, plus a complete JSON archive with every raw field. Keep them wherever you like.
What we do with your API key — exactly.
If a stranger asked for the keys to your data, you'd want specifics, not promises. Here are the specifics.
Why free? Fair question.
Stocky's shutdown leaves small merchants choosing between losing data and paying enterprise prices. We can fix that for almost nothing, so we do — and we openly hope that when our paid restocking tool launches, you'll consider it.
If you never pay us a cent, the backup is still yours. That's the deal.
- ✓AES-256-GCM encryption at restYour Stocky key is sealed with authenticated encryption (unique nonce per key) before it ever touches the database, and is never written to logs.
- ✓Read-only calls, nothing elseThe key is used exclusively for GET requests to Stocky's API over TLS. There is no code path that creates, edits or deletes anything in Stocky or your store.
- ✓Minimum Shopify permissionsThe app requests a single read-only scope. You can verify this yourself on the install screen — please do.
- ✓Revoke anytimeRevoke the key in Stocky's preferences or delete it from our side — either kills our access instantly.
- ✓Delete means deleteA "Delete all my data" button in the dashboard permanently wipes your connection, suppliers and purchase orders from our servers. Uninstalling the app triggers the same purge automatically.
- ✓We never sell or share dataYour suppliers and purchase history are not a product. Not to advertisers, not to "partners", not to anyone.
Asked by merchants like you.
What exactly gets lost when Stocky shuts down?
Stocky lets you export purchase orders, stocktakes and adjustment logs as CSV. It does not export supplier contact details, lead times, minimum order quantities, case pack sizes or location-level views. On August 31, 2026 the API goes dark and anything not backed up is unrecoverable.
I already migrated to another inventory app. Is this still useful?
Usually, yes. Most migrations carried over stock levels but not supplier records or purchase history. Run the rescue while Stocky's API is still up; import the files into your new tool later.
What happens to my backup after the shutdown?
Nothing changes — your downloaded files are yours forever, and your copy in Restokio stays available. The shutdown only means no new data can be rescued.
Will you try to upsell me?
We'll tell you — once — when our paid restocking tool launches, because your rescued data imports into it with one click. If you're not interested, that's the end of it. No drip campaigns, no countdown emails.
Who's behind this?
An independent developer building inventory tools for small Shopify merchants — the segment enterprise inventory suites price out. Questions before installing? Email us; a person replies.
The backup is step one. A full Stocky replacement is next — without the enterprise price.

Why flat pricing? Most alternatives charge by your revenue — the same features cost $119–599/mo once your store grows. We think charging you more because you succeeded is a tax, not a price. Flat means flat.
